Hoe log ik in op het gamepaneel?

Na je eerste bestelling ontvang je een e-mail om een wachtwoord in te stellen. Daarna log je in met je e-mailadres. Vanuit je Venimo-dashboard kun je het panel ook direct openen.

Kan ik mijn bestaande wereld overzetten?

Ja. Upload je wereldmap via SFTP of de bestandsbeheerder in het panel. Kom je er niet uit? Ons supportteam helpt je graag.

Welk pakket heb ik nodig?

Voor een kleine vanilla- of Paper-server met vrienden is 2 tot 4 GB genoeg. Speel je met veel plugins of een modpack, kies dan 6 GB of meer.

Hoeveel poorten krijg ik?

Elke server krijgt één vaste poort. Dat is het adres waarmee spelers verbinden.

Kan ik later upgraden of opzeggen?

Ja. Neem contact op met support om naar een groter pakket te gaan. Opzeggen kan per einde van je periode.
